Essential Job Duties:

1. Acts as a positive interface with all customers in a manner consistent with world class service.
2. Contributes to a high performance work environment by performing the patient transport function in such a manner that provides efficient operations, workflow and patient safety.
3. Collaborates with and assists the healthcare team to ensure the highest possible level of care.
4. Maintains transportation equipment in clean and functional condition.
5. Adheres to Departmental Policies and Procedures to ensure consistency and quality of care.

Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned:

1. Performs other related duties as assigned.
2. Performs various tasks as necessary to assist Department in maintaining efficient operation.
3. Works hours other than normal to ensure proper coverage of transportation services.

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

• Education: Completion of at least two years of high school. High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a health facility preferred but not required.
