TRANSPLANT NURSE COORDINATOR - (Temple University Hospital/40 hours days)
In conjunction with the transplant team, assumes responsibility for coordinating the delivery of care for the transplant patient. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of nursing theory and practice involved in providing nursing care. Familiarity with organization and function of departments, policies, procedures and regulations. Orchestrates the care of patients with end stage organ disease. CCTC - Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator required within 2 years of hire as a Transplant Nurse Coordinator.EducationBachelors Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program.
