The expected salary range for this position is $117,900 to $131,000 , depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

🎯 Primary Purpose of Position

As a key player in our Clean Energy Center (CEC), you will drive performance improvement through direct instruction and the implementation of our training program. Your expertise will ensure consistency across our fleet in training program management. You will demonstrate mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge while supporting or leading as the primary instructor in various departments, including Reactor Services, Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE), Turbine Services, or Dry Cask Storage (DCS).

🔑 Primary Duties and Accountabilities

Your role will include:

  • Providing training and instruction on topics related to Reactor Services, DCS, Turbine Services, and NDE.
  • Administering evaluations for classroom, laboratory, and on-the-job training (OJT) in line with company policies.
  • Reviewing training requests and conducting analysis to identify performance gaps and develop effective training solutions.
  • Maintaining qualification structures to ensure our workforce is well-trained and qualified.
  • Ensuring consistency across the fleet in training programs and performing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinating all aspects of department training administration and supporting CEC and fleet activities.
  • Leading the procedure revision process and participating in audits.
  • Willingness to travel 15% - 40% of the time to other Constellation CEC locations.
  • Taking on additional duties as directed by management, including emergency response and outage support.

📋 Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline with 4 years of related experience, or
  • Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 4 years of related experience, or
  • Associate's degree in engineering or a technical discipline with 6 years of related experience, or
  • SRO Certification with 8 years of related experience, or
  • High school diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience.
  • Ability to maintain access requirements and pass medical examinations as applicable.

  • 8 years of related experience
  • 5 years of instructional experience
  • Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
  • Experience with INPO accreditation or evaluation teams
  • Experience coordinating and leading a training program
  • Familiarity with human performance error reduction tools
  • Experience designing computer-based training modules and knowledge of e-learning software applications
