Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join our team! The Specialist will:

• Serve as an instructor for routine employee training sessions, ensuring consistent delivery of key knowledge and skills.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and course content as assigned.
• Schedule, monitor, and document all training activities, maintaining accurate records in compliance with agency standards.
• Adapt training programs to reflect changes in regulations, company policies, and industry best practices, ensuring training remains current and effective.

Education and Experience

Education:
Required: Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience above the minimum
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in related field

Experience:
Required: Two years of related experience
Preferred: Additional years of related experience in health care or providing training or instruction to others
