Job Description
The Trademark & Licensing Marketing Coordinator is responsible for project management and marketing activations that support customer service and revenue generation for official Ohio State consumer product licensees. The Marketing Coordinator works with the Marketing Director to identify opportunities to increase license royalty revenue by developing campaigns and activations that connect the Ohio State audience with licenses produced through Ohio State-owned retail channels (The Team Shop or Ohio State Bookstore), third-party retailers and through licensee's Direct to Consumer (DTC) channels. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day digital operation of the Buckeye Collection: Everything Ohio State affiliate marketing website.
The Trademark & Licensing Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day management of the Buckeye Collection: Everything Ohio State affiliate marketing website; develop and deploy traditional, digital, and social media campaigns to support product and brand campaigns for Ohio State licensees; drive incremental revenue through the sales and activation of "paid campaigns" for Ohio State licensees through the Buckeye Collection: Everything Ohio State affiliate marketing website; provide project management for Ohio State Trademark & Licensing social media channels; provide project management for the Trademark & Licensing department; coordinate the development of the Ohio State University style guide for NIL, Licensing, Sponsorship, and Affinity partnerships and provide support and coordination for grassroots and live events like the Buckeye Fall Fashion Market, industry tradeshows, and other activities; serve as the marketing lead to drive awareness and sales for Ohio State-owned licensed assets like the Ohio State specialty license plate program and develop campaigns assets (write, visuals, etc.) for campaigns including Buckeye Nation Days, Our Honor Defend, and others.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
