Job Description
Job Title: QALocation: RemoteDuration: 6 MonthsSalary: $ 30/hr. (all inclusive) Responsibilities:Effectively work in a fast-paced environment utilizing the Agile methodologyDevelop and maintain functional automation test scripts utilizing modular frameworks and best practicesExecute test scripts to validate correct functionality of applicationPerform various types of testing including smoke, white box, black box, integration, end-to-end, regression, and system testing as neededParticipate in requirement & design review sessions; evaluate requirements & design docs from a quality test automation standpointDocument defects and evaluate priority of defect based on overall application functionalityMulti-task to meet assignment deadlinesAccurately estimate work assignmentsIdentify obstacles and roadblocks; and offer suggestions to work around obstaclesHelp drive and improve QA process within the team you are assignedQualifications:2 + years of QA experienceExposure to QA processes and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environmentExposure to defect tracking and analyzing root cause utilizing tools ( Jira , Rally etc.)Basic understanding of automation concepts and approaches – JavaExperience writing SQL queriesUnderstanding of writing Selenium tests in Java or Javascript using ( Web Driver , Web Driver IO, Marathon , Appium etc.)Understanding of test runners (Junit, TestNG, Mocha, Jasmine)Understanding of CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab)
