About the Role This is a hybrid role. Team members are required to be in the Miamisburg, Ohio office weekly on Monday & Tuesday. As a Telephonic Account Executive, you will generate new business revenue by selling LexisNexis products within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities - Identifying new revenue growth opportunities in the assigned territory
- Cultivating further potentials for current customers and developing sales leads for Account Managers for cross-selling
- Maintaining and expanding the company's database of prospects
- Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records and completing required documentation
- Planning for approaching and monitoring resources while working within the overall sales plan developed by the team manager
- Liaising with other departments within LN to align customer requirements with company objectives
Requirements - Have in-depth knowledge of strategic selling techniques and CRM systems
- Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
- Be able to converse with your customers to gain insight and understand needs and challenges
- Display proven track record of working successfully in a business development role
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Have impressive prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills
- Have successful business-to-business sales experience
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
