We are partnering with a leading full-service insurance agency in South Florida to support their search for Telemarketers at their Boca Raton office. This agency is the top Florida Blue provider in the region, offering an exciting chance to grow within a successful organization.
salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
•1 + years experience in B2B sales
•Ability to actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing.
•Ability to support the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients.
•Handle pre- and post-enrollment documentation.
•Call members in a delinquent status.
•Teach members how to register on a website.
•Inform members of the BYS program
•Enter leads into spreadsheets.
•Utilize the company's CRM and lead distribution system accurately.
•Transfer to a licensed agent.
•Other duties as needed.
