PeopleShare is hiring a skilled Telemarketer for our family owned and operated manufacturing client in West Reading!

Telemarketing Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-8pm
• Pay Rate: Starting $45,000/year
• Location: West Reading, PA
• Hybrid schedule available after training

Telemarketing Job Description:

• Conduct 80-90+ daily cold calls to generate leads and identify potential customers
• Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions to understand their needs
• Establish strong rapport with potential customers to build trust and credibility
• Address objections persuasively and handle concerns to maintain customer interest
• Follow up persistently on quotes until they convert into orders or new customers
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses
• Collaborate with the sales team by sending Request for Quotes and providing feedback on quotes' success rates
• Regularly follow up with customers regarding their caster wheel needs
• Manage time effectively to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals

Telemarketing Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of telemarketing or cold calling experience
• Proficiency in telemarketing software for lead management
