Job Title : Senior Technical SEO Expert (Remote)

Hourly Rate : $24 to $28 per hour
Employment Type : Long-term, Ongoing Contract

About the Role :
TechForcePros is seeking an experienced Senior Technical SEO Expert to join our team on a remote, long-term, ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical SEO skills and a proven track record of optimizing websites for superior search engine indexing and visibility on Google and Bing. This role will focus primarily on the technical mechanics of our website rather than content creation. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in WordPress development, particularly using Elementor, to enhance our website's SEO performance at the highest technical level.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize the technical SEO condition of TechForcePros’ website.
• Implement advanced SEO strategies to improve search engine indexing, ranking, and SERP performance on both Google and Bing.
• Configure, manage, and optimize WordPress sites using Elementor with a strong developer background.
• Monitor and optimize site mechanics, including URL structure, canonical tags, mobile-friendliness, and core web vitals.
• Ensure proper site architecture and structure, using sitemaps, structured data/schema markup, and appropriate use of keywords.
• Enhance site speed and performance, ensuring minimal broken pages, elimination of duplicate content, and optimization for multiple languages.
• Leverage SEO tools like SEO Yoast to ensure continuous improvement of the site’s technical SEO performance.
• Understand Google and Bing crawl bots, spiders, and their impact on site indexing.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with best practices in SEO to maintain top search engine visibility.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in technical SEO, with proven results in elevating search results, ranking, and visibility.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and configuring WordPress sites as a developer (not designer), with a focus on Elementor.
• Deep understanding of SEO concepts including Google and Bing crawl bots, canonical tags, sitemaps, site speed, core web vitals, structured data/schema markup, and avoidance of duplicate content.
• Experience with technical tools like SEO Yoast, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and other SEO resources.
• Solid knowledge of keyword research and site architecture optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and a zero-tolerance approach to broken pages and other technical SEO issues.
• Ability to work remotely, independently, and collaboratively on an ongoing basis.

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with multilingual SEO optimization.
• Knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) campaign management.
• Experience in healthcare, staffing, or HR technology industries is a plus.
