• Source & Connect Proactively engage top engineers through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach.
• Partner with Account Managers Team up to understand client needs and craft smart recruiting strategies.
• Own the Process Manage the full cycle from first call to placement.
• Crush Your KPIs Calls, subs, interviews, placementsyoull thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Build Relationships Be the trusted point of contact for candidates and clients.
