Responsible for coordinating projects with clients, helping to ensure that all services work together smoothly, and ensuring that timelines are met so that projects are delivered on time. The qualified candidate must be able to perform the following: Managing activities related to customer requirements, budget challenges, human resource needs and plans for new business development within assigned area. Facilitating customer relationship and satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. Investigating matters of significance, recommending, and implementing appropriate courses of action. Implementing business processes and assisting in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service. Manage multiple projects and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts Receive, Define Project Scope and Requirements Coordinate Surveys, Schedules, and Tasking across all Frames. Manage expectations of the client Document program process includes scope, risks, and schedule. Gather feedback from the client on project close out, analyze feedback to complete lessons learned. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.
