We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in MuleSoft integration platforms to join our dynamic technology team. This role is crucial for leading integration projects from concept through execution, ensuring seamless delivery, high quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of integration solutions using MuleSoft, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into robust integration solutions.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of MuleSoft APIs, connectors, and integration workflows.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of RPA / automation anywhere integrations like Fortra Automation.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, toolsets, and team capability.
• Serve as a technical escalation point and ensure proper risk management and issue resolution.
• Align integration solutions with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage third-party contributions to integration efforts when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery/project management , with a focus on system integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , including API-led connectivity, RAML, DataWeave, and MuleSoft deployment strategies.
• Experience in migration to Snowflake and RPA tools, anywhere automation
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
