Overview Tax Recruiter – We work with and for Tax Talent throughout the Bay Area, and Dallas (DFW) markets. Responsibilities Preparation of annual and quarterly ASC 740 income tax provision. Preparation and review of US federal and state consolidated/combined and stand-alone income tax returns. Lead all aspects of US indirect tax, including sales & use tax, property tax, and other miscellaneous obligations to ensure tax and reporting compliance. Manage audits and state & local indirect tax incentives. Work cross-functionally to coordinate gathering of information necessary for the income tax provision, income tax compliance, and indirect tax compliance. Assist in researching opportunities, risks, and other ad hoc projects. Keep abreast of changes in tax statutes and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting or Taxation. Progressive corporate tax experience in multinational consolidated tax compliance and financial reporting. A combination of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience is preferable. Strong working knowledge of Excel. Solid understanding of multi-national and multi-state corporate tax laws. Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently, and to prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines. Ability to work effectively with others and enhance teamwork environment.
