START: ASAP

END DATE: 3 months initial term. Up to 12 months + upon Core launch. CLASS: Accounting / Finance 45% Location: Torrance, CA Position Summary: Reason for Headcount? First 3 months: Assist Tax Dept to prepare for Core Receivable Replacement Project. Second 36 plus months: Assist Tax Dept with Core Receivable Replacement Project. What are the key objectives for this resource? Assist with:

• Prepare tax test cases
• Execute and document tax test cases for System Testing, End-to-End Testing, UAT Testing
• Facilitate tax testing activities
• Review and resolve testing issues and defects
• research and documentation of applicable motor vehicle lease regulations
• mapping of current and future sales tax related processes
• creation and/or review and update of sales tax related policy and procedures
• sales tax test case development and review of executed results

What teams will they be interacting with? Sales Tax Department and Core Project Team What is the project (s) name? Core Receivable Replacement Project Describe the ideal fit. Strong test case writing skills Strong test execution and documentation skills Strong defect resolution skills Strong project skills with experience in Auto Finance receivables systems Multi State Sales Tax background with strong research skill set Auto or Equipment lease experience ERP replacement or upgrade experience Familiarity with Vertex O Series tax application Strong writing skills Summary of Job: Assist with:

• sales tax test case development, execution and review of executed results
• research and documentation of applicable motor vehicle lease regulations
• mapping of current and future sales tax related processes
• creation and/or review and update of sales tax related policy and procedures
• creation and/or review of training documents

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of testing experience
• 5 + years in the Auto Finance industry with leasing experience
• 5+ years of IT project experience including the documentation of business requirements
• 5+ years of Accounting experience
• 1-2 years of training documentation and execution
• 2-3 years nationwide sales tax experience and sales tax research experience.
• Multi-task ability and the ability to work independently.

Must Have: • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or accounting. Preferred:

• Research experience with online research product of CCH and RIA
• Sales tax background and industry experience
• Vertex O, Lemans Financial System or Fiserv Loan Origination System experience
• Visio 2010 a plus
