Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law, Mergers and Acquisition, joint ventures, and joint venture accounting. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on tax-related matters to clients
• Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues and develop solutions
• Draft and review legal documents related to tax matters, including contracts, agreements, and filings
• Participate in Mergers and Acquisition transactions, providing tax advice and due diligence support
• Advise clients on joint venture agreements and joint venture accounting issues
• Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with government agencies
• Stay up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience as a tax attorney, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisition, Joint Ventures, and Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work to clients
