Senior Tax Accountant – Temporary Consulting Role We are seeking a seasoned temporary Senior Tax Accountant with deep expertise in tax provision and ASC740 compliance. This critical role supports quarterly and annual close processes, prepares tax provision entries, and reviews FAS 109 provisions for foreign entities. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience and a strong command of tax accounting software and regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities Perform quarterly and annual close activities related to tax accounting. Prepare current tax provision entries for partnerships and individuals, including dividends and foreign tax credits. Review FAS 109 provisions for foreign entities to ensure compliance. Assist with ASC740 tax accounting reviews, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Utilize tax provision software to compute and validate tax entries. Review and analyze tax provision submissions from global entities. Essential Skills Minimum 8+ years of relevant tax accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong understanding of ASC740, FAS 109, and international tax provisions. Proficiency in tax provision software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a publicly traded company or large corporate environment. Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, legal, and international teams. Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Work Environment This position is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $52.00 /hr.
