About the Role:
CoreWeave — the AI Hyperscaler™ — is growing fast, and we're looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building diverse, high-quality pipelines that fuel our rapid expansion across technical and business functions. You'll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to identify and engage exceptional talent in one of the most dynamic industries today.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on a company scaling at hyperspeed. You'll play a key role in shaping our sourcing strategy, driving talent engagement, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the excellence of our culture and mission.
What You'll Do:
Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and TA leadership to deeply understand hiring priorities, team structures, and role requirements across engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
Build and maintain diverse, qualified pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche communities.
Develop and execute outreach campaigns that reflect our brand voice and attract top passive talent.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical alignment, and interest level.
Manage and track all sourcing activity in Greenhouse (ATS) and Gem to ensure accuracy and transparency throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Partner closely with Recruiters to ensure smooth candidate handoffs, effective scheduling, and timely follow-up communication.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team by optimizing tools, data tracking, and sourcing methodologies.
Stay ahead of market trends and talent insights, using data to inform sourcing strategies and recommend new approaches.
Who You Are:
2–4 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, ideally within a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles, cloud infrastructure, and engineering skill sets (GPU, compute, networking, etc.).
Skilled in advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
Experienced in using sourcing and CRM tools such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, or similar platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships with candidates and hiring teams alike.
Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred:
Experience sourcing across multiple domains (Engineering, Data Center, Finance, Sales, Marketing).
Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical or niche roles.
Familiarity with market research tools and talent analytics to guide sourcing strategies.
Wondering if you're a good fit? At CoreWeave, we value curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action. You might thrive here if:
You love uncovering top talent and thrive on building connections that drive results.
