What The Role Entails

The CloudHQ Talent Acquisition team is seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to play a key role in our global hiring initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will support full life-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through interviews and onboarding, helping us hire exceptional talent across multiple entities and locations, both domestically and internationally.

As a close partner to our Talent Acquisition Managers and fellow Associates, you will help design and execute modern recruiting strategies that attract a diverse, high-caliber pipeline of talent. You’ll join a collaborative, fun, and enthusiastic group that is deeply committed to strengthening our culture, elevating our employer brand, and supporting the growth of our global teams.

What You Will Get to Do

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Organize virtual and in-person interview schedules for candidates and the respective hiring teams
  • Review and post requisitions to applicable job boards
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers to track candidate progress
  • Co-lead college recruiting efforts, including coordinating and attending career fairs, as well as co-manage internship programs
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Paylocity to organize and track recruiting activities, as well as provide hiring metrics as requested
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other Human Resource staff during the offer process
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts, including branding, advertising, and promotional activities
  • Organize travel for candidates, as required
  • Participate in other HR initiatives and projects as required

What You Bring to The Role

  • An Associate's degree in Human Resources, business administration or a similarly related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in talent acquisition
  • Professional experience with an Applicant Tracking System or HRIS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent professional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Superior organization and time management skills with the ability to maintain progress against important deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Proactive and flexible with the ability to take initiative
  • Ability to use independent judgment and sound decision-making skills in situations that impact project timetables, direction, and outcome
  • Strong teaming skills; works well with internal team members, clients, and drives execution through collaboration and networking
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
