The Role

We’re looking for a Studio Manager (North America) to keep our studio running smoothly every day. This is a hands-on operational role focused on working with our project managers, managing resources, tracking budgets, and taking care of the day-to-day needs of our North America office.

You’ll work closely with our project managers, creative team, and global colleagues to make sure projects are properly resourced, timelines are on track, and budgets are monitored.

At the same time, you’ll ensure our studio is a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring place to work.

How You Will Make Your Mark

Key Responsibilities

Project & Resource Support

  • Support project managers with resourcing, ensuring the right people are booked on the right projects.
  • Track team schedules and workloads, flagging capacity issues early.
  • Assist with project documentation, timelines, and status updates.

Budget & Finance Support

  • Help monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Process invoices and vendor payments in coordination with finance.
  • Maintain budget trackers for visibility across teams.

Office & Studio Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day studio operations including supplies, vendors, and facilities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the North America office on operational matters.
  • Coordinate with global offices to ensure alignment on tools, systems, and workflows.

Team & Culture

  • Support onboarding of new team members and freelancers.
  • Help organise team events and engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive studio culture.

What You Will Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in studio coordination, project support, or operations in a creative, agency, or marketing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with budget tracking, scheduling, and resource management tools.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and approachable—always ready to help the team succeed.
  • A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
