Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The research project aims to enhance the early detection of acute coronary syndromescritical cardiovascular emergencies necessitating immediate clinical interventionby analyzing multimodal healthcare data collected from both prehospital and in-hospital settings using AI.

Required Skillsets':

1. Extensive experience in developing deep learning models
2. Proficiency in implementing large language models for time series data analysis
3. Advanced programming skills in Python

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals with a strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, who are passionate about tackling current health research challenges. Essential qualifications include:

  • A solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Prior experience in deep learning projects

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the study PI and the lab team to produce publishable findings and significant breakthroughs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in a college or university offering a four-year degree.
  • Completion of freshman year or higher and in good academic standing.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
