We are on the hunt to add another Staffing Recruiter to our team! This is an IN-OFFICE position. 

General Summary of Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates via phone, virtual and in-person.
• Utilize a variety of job boards and Boolean searches.
• Utilize social media platforms for sourcing applicants.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents.
• Accurately maintain & update candidate files
• Working on MULTIPLE job requirements throughout the day
• Extending offers, noting CRM systems
• 1 year of High-Volume Recruiting experience needed.
• Effective and professional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve barriers to recruiting efforts.
• Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light.
• Knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures
• Responds to all candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Understands appropriate sense of urgency for filling open requisitions.

This position offers Salary + Commissions
