Product Overview:
Drillbit is the first fully self-managed FSM (Field Service Management). We use AI receptionists and an LLM-based quoting tool on top of our in-house FSM to manage jobs end-to-end. Our agents manage leads, scheduling, quoting, staffing, and even collecting payment. You can think of us as a hands-off AI-based operating system for home services.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly technical, hard-working, and scrappy full-stack engineer to join the team as the founding engineer (staff level). You’ll partner with the founder to build out the engineering team and take the product to the next level.
