• Manage the financial aspects of grants, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to grantors and stakeholders.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reconciliations.
• Support audit preparations by gathering necessary documentation.

• 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus!).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if you have the right experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Passion for working in a nonprofit environment and making an impact.
