In this role, you will play a vital part in crafting and executing compelling video content for the Marketing & Corporate Affairs Communications team. From ideation to post-production, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class video content that resonates with our client's audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, creative innovation, and making a positive impact through video content.Responsibilities:Conceptualize and develop innovative, on-brand video content. Champion creative ideas during pitching processes.Serve as lead producer on video projects, overseeing creative direction, writing copy, and collaborating with design teams and external vendors. Provide videography/photography services, including shooting, editing, and post-production work.Provide direction for select video shoots, including directing crew members such as DPs, lighting directors, and set designers.Ensure success in all phases of asset production, including managing production timelines, tracking approvals, and maintaining detailed project plans.Effectively communicate creative and technical needs to various stakeholders. Adapt communication styles to meet project requirements.Collaborate with colleagues across departments and inspire teamwork. Lead and follow as needed to ensure project success.Pitch and deliver creative solutions across different contexts.Anticipate needs and analyze approaches with a critical eye.
