Apex Systems is currently hiring for Project Manager for a Billing Integration initiative.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Onsite expectation: 4 days onsite per week

Pay range: $75-85/hr

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the integration of Zuora, a third-party billing platform into complex enterprise systems. This role drives the delivery of an MVP by year-end, with potential to extend into future-state planning and automation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate Zuora into the billing ecosystem
• Manage internal stakeholders and external vendor relationships
• Collaborate with Product Management and Business Analysis teams to ensure execution accuracy
• Support broader payment system automation and strategic planning
• Work confidently with Confluence, SharePoint, and Lucid chart without the need for training

• SVP-level executives
• Technical leads and product teams
• Cross-functional groups in payment operations
• External vendor (Zuora) relationship management

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven success in managing billing integrations, especially with Zuora or similar platforms
• Autonomous leadership in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments
• Expertise in risk management, change management, and structured communication
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncover gaps in planning or scope
• Familiarity with Agile is a plus
