Job Description

Process:

• Jira: Capture and automate the process end-to-end.
• Confluence: Generate Confluence pages or architectural decision records automatically from the process inputs.
• Automate the process end-to-end.
• Test and validate the process flows (not traditional QA testing).

• Experience with Jira, especially in scenarios with non-standard customizations.
• Ability to take templates and output them as Confluence pages, then integrate into PowerPoint.
• 8 years of relevant project experience (not helpdesk ticketing).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but can seek clarification when needed.
• certifications and proven project experience in this specific use case. If no certifications, will be looking for specific answers regarding workflows, customizations, and Confluence page production.

• May end early if the scope is completed faster.
