ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support one of our partner schools in the Antioch area. This role offers flexibility, a supportive school team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with students who benefit from consistent communication support.
Location: Antioch, CA
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: School hours (flexible based on assignment)
Model: Onsite with hybrid options available
Pay: Up to $85/hr (W2 with benefits or 1099)
Provide direct speech and language therapy services
Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals
Maintain timely documentation and progress monitoring
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Support students in developing functional communication skills
Follow ASHA and California Department of Education guidelines
Active California SLP License
PPS Credential or eligibility for school-based waiver
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
CCCs preferred; CF candidates welcome
Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
