Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Alaska! This is a full-time, remote position for the 2024-2025 school year, offering the flexibility to work from home while making a real difference in the lives of students.

Position Type: Full-time, Contract (W-2)
Pay Range: $40 - $47 per hour
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401k
Grade Level: Elementary

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized instruction tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educational professionals to ensure students meet and exceed their individual goals.
Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Participate in meetings and provide input on student progress and program improvements.

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Alaska Special Education Teaching Certification.
