Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area
- Prepare treatment rooms for guests and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the spa's booking system
- Promote and sell spa products and services to guests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow all spa policies, procedures, and safety protocol

- Answer phone calls and listen to messages
- Assist each guest between services as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area and bathrooms
- Laundry, cleaning, and administrative duties

(Evening and weekend hours are required)

Qualifications:
- Experience in spa sales, or a related field is preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude

Salary: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
