We are seeking an experienced Sommelier who has a passion for hospitality to join the team! The ideal candidate is someone who exhibits a willingness to grow and learn, is knowledgeable about wine & spirits alongside French cuisine and above all, guest experience!
Essential Duties:The Sommelier is responsible for maintaining an award-winning international wine list that meets the goals set by management for ensuring proper service of all wine. This staff member assists in staff trainings and keeping the team up to date on all changes to the rotating by-the-glass selections. The Sommelier is also responsible for the organization of the cellar and other wine storage locations, verifying the accuracy of wine deliveries and their invoices, and the execution of monthly inventory.
The Sommelier should have the ability to naturally guide guests towards food & wine pairings to accentuate their dining experience a nd should always be present on the floor making sure that wine service runs smoothly.
