About Us:
Two Brothers Epoxy Flooring is Arizona's youngest and fastest-growing epoxy flooring company, specializing in high-quality residential and commercial floor coatings and polished concrete. Our goal is to become the largest epoxy flooring company in Arizona, the Southwest, and the country. We're a fun, fast-paced, and goal-oriented team looking for a driven Social Media Manager to join us on this journey.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media channels, build our online presence, and connect with customers. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about storytelling, design, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate high-quality content, including photos, videos, and graphics, showcasing our epoxy flooring transformations.
• Manage daily posting schedules for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure we remain industry leaders.
• Run ad campaigns to drive leads, website traffic, and sales, ensuring a positive ROI.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
• Collaborate with our team to highlight completed projects, company milestones, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably for a fast-paced company or service-based business.
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, including algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creativity and storytelling.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Background in construction, home improvement, or a related industry.
