PART-TIME CO-FOUNDER

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo), an extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale, anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity and token-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successful public token sale anticipated in January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. WFO: Extreme Sports Affinity Network "Built on Autheo" to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth. 
3. Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11, 2024. Incentivised testnet, together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January. 

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

POSITION TITLE:

Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to take the reins of our social media strategy for GO WFO. The ideal candidate has a love for extreme sports, a flair for eye-catching content creation, and the ability to guide a design team in crafting engaging visuals. This role also requires strong collaboration skills to work with extreme sports content creators and athletes, curating their content and fostering partnerships to amplify our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust social media strategy tailored to GO WFO’s brand and audience.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendar.
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
• Maintain and elevate the Instagram account by implementing a revised content strategy to boost engagement and followers.
• Expand GO WFO’s presence on YouTube, Twitter, and other emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with extreme sports content creators and athletes to curate their content and establish meaningful partnerships.
• Guide the design team or independently create visually striking and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and reels.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and innovations in the extreme sports space.
• Engage with the community regularly by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the sports, lifestyle, or adventure niche.
• Passion for extreme sports and understanding of the culture and audience.
• Exceptional content curation and creation skills with a portfolio of past work.
• Strong ability to collaborate with creators and develop strategic partnerships.
• Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling tools.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Ability to adapt strategies based on data insights and performance metrics.
