Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Capital Cabaret! Please google who we are. We are not your typical nightclub. You must be okay working in this type of environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities
- Work with the social media team to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience to build a strong online community
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing
-Gain VIP bookings through social media
-Get content on work events
-Alternate Posting with the social media team
Skills
- Proficiency in web and digital marketing principles
- Strong content creation skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
- Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor online conversations
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Familiarity with social media marketing techniques
- Understanding of public relations principles
- Ability to stigmatise effectively and maintain brand consistency
Hours:
-We let you make your own schedule for the most part. You will coordinate with the social media team and manager when to meet every week. Some weekends are needed but not all. We also allow you to work from home with certain projects.
Pay:
-$20/HR plus bonuses
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and management
- Proficiency in Canva, TikTok and Instagram for content creation
- Excellent relationship management and public relations skills
- Familiarity with analytics
- Ability to create engaging visual content using graphic design tools
