Social Media Assistant – Full Time, In-Person

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM , depending on business needs
• Full-time, in-person

Salary:

$40,000 – $55,000 per year , depending on experience

Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help manage our brand’s online presence. This role involves creating, scheduling, and engaging with content across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and post content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with graphics, videos, captions, and stories to ensure visually appealing content.
• Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
• Track engagement and performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special announcements.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and appearance across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media ads or boosting posts.
• Photo and video editing skills.
• Awareness of trending audio, reels, and short-form content.
