Job Description

1. Design all promotional graphics for social media, emails, website, and in-store signage


2. Send regular emails & texts to customer database


3. Work with our website manager to make seasonal website updates


4. Collaborate with supervisors and store managers to plan and execute Phina events


5. Responsible for all social media


6. Plan, design, and execute all social media content and maintain a consistent and on-brand social media presence


7. Drive in-store and online sales via social media


8. Work with Phina supervisors to establish social media goals and work to achieve them


9. Respond to all questions, DMs, requests, etc.


10. Analyze data such as reach, engagement, followers, etc., to identify what works and what doesnt


11. Stay up to date on platform features and trends, making recommendations for growth and improvement


12. Look for opportunities to grow exposure through promotions, collaborations, etc.

Requirements

1. Social media and relevant marketing experience required


2. Must be available 4-5 days per week; weekend hours may be required


3. Minimum of 32 hours per week, with some time spent in each Phina store
