Job Description

The Social Media & Content Intern collaborates with Content Directors, Content Producers and Marketing team members to support digital media campaigns and programs for JPL, d’Vinci, and our clients. Depending on your skillset, your day consists of making GIFs, creating graphics, shooting photos, editing short video clips, writing social posts, plotting the perfect Instagram story, penning beautiful email copy, and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm ideas for visual content
• Participate in content planning sessions
• Assisting with content production including social media shoots and copy writing
• Review and comprehend creative briefs, scopes of work, and understand your role on a project work stream
• Work on multiple client and internal projects with changing priorities and timelines/deadlines
• Participate in Internship Project as assigned
• Opportunity to create written content for social media, websites, and blogs
• All other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Portfolio of work demonstrating your digital content experience
• Ability to work 24 hours per week
• Located within driving distance of our Harrisburg, PA facility and available to work onsite or remotely as needed
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software, Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Course completion in any the following subjects:
  • Design
  • Short form copywriting
  • Video Production (Video Cameras + Adobe Premiere)
  • Photography
  • Basic Animation (2D)

This internship position is paid and is eligible for college credit. It is the intern’s responsibility to coordinate with their academic institution to arrange for credit. We will provide any necessary documentation and evaluations required by your college or university.
