Move Forward with Volt!

Volt has an immediate opening for a SMT Machine Operator in Colorado Springs, CO. 

Job Responsibilities:

Operate traditional fab equipment

Operate tools for wafer processing

Monitor process controls with production and quality teams

Inspect production results

Use statistical process control and provide hands-on support for manufacturing processes

Review design documentation and materials for manufacturability

Provide pre- and post-manufacturing reviews and resolve process issues

Drive continuous process improvement to achieve zero defects

Stencil design for complex circuit boards

Perform other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of Semiconductor Machine Operator experience

Experience with Pick and Place machines

Programming skills

Prior SMT experience (highly desired)

Soldering experience (highly desired)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $18 - $25 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
