Job Description

Responsible to ship finished product per customer requirements in a timely manner.
Generate picklists and ship finished product as per customer release schedules.
Accurately stage and reconcile picklist to staged load prior to finalizing shipment.
Make and distribute shippers for all outgoing parts.
Send ASNs when shipments leave plant - verify by scanning.
Input receipts into CMS.
Coordinate customer inquiries with affected personnel.
Load and unload trucks.
Complete minor plant and assembly operations as needed.
Enter any manual releases or make adjustments to shipments as necessary.
Schedule shipments with trucking companies.
Accurately stage and reconcile picklist to staged load prior to finalizing shipment.
Maintain areas to proper housekeeping levels; plant, warehouse, truck wells, silo areas outside, and grounds for proper storage of Finished Goods, Returnable and Dunnage.
Operate handheld scanners and scan material into inventory.

Requirements
Prior Shipping and Receiving experience in an automotive environment.
Must be able to pass the forklift certification test and drive a forklift on a daily basis.
