Our client, a growing manufacturer in the paper and converting industry, is seeking a Sheeter Machine Operator to join their team. As a Sheeter Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good work history, and 2+ years of machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Sheeter Machine Operator

Location: Appleton, WI or Little Chute, WI

Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform machine set ups to ensure quality and efficiency of material and products
• Perform the required data checks and make appropriate machine adjustments
• Work with the assistants and understand their job functions: packaging, labeling, opening rolls, splicing, and tending
• Ensure quality of product according to specifications

What's Needed?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Good work history and ability & willingness to learn
• Must have 2 plus years of machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be comfortable with utilizing basic computers, data entry and be able to utilize the ERP System and any other programs/systems
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret internal and external job tickets.
• Strong machine operating trouble shooting skills and knowledge.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift and then move to 2nd.
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment
