Are you dependable, energetic, and resourceful? Do you have a strong work ethic and the technical knowledge to handle septic, sewer, and drain cleaning service work with confidence and excellence?
We are a high-profile, rapidly growing plumbing and septic service company based in Connecticut , and we're searching for a full-time service professional who is ready to join a supportive, high-performance team.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of residential drain cleaning experience is required
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other CRM platforms
Exposure to Nexstar , CertainPath , or equivalent training is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-starter mentality with no need for micromanagement
Clean and valid Connecticut driver’s license (no exceptions)
Availability for a rotating 4-day work week , including every other Saturday
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to pass a background check
