Job Summary: Strong Automotive is seeking the ideal candidate to join our growing SEO Department as
SEO Coordinator .
In this position, you will assist the Search Engine Optimization team in keeping our automotive dealership clients' web pages up-to-date and following best SEO practices. You will work directly with the Senior SEO Coordinators to maintain client websites according to standards set by the brand, compliance, and Strong.
The SEO Coordinator will use an array of tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMRush to evaluate website performance. You'll use the information gathered from these programs to make updates and improve onsite SEO.
This position requires you to be skilled at organizing and prioritizing requests and getting issues resolved. You will work with account managers to solve compliance-related problems, as well as receive and track general website requests and submit the appropriate support tickets.
If you have a talent for web editing or design, you'll get to use it as the SEO Coordinator. General website editing and HTML coding are integral parts of this position.
Lastly, attention to detail is key for this position. You will regularly audit clients' websites for errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Ensuring things are entered correctly onsite, both in plain view and in code are critical to this role. An eye for proofing, a drive for accuracy, and willingness to learn will lead to success.

Overview - Work directly with the Senior SEO Coordinators on maintaining dealership websites according to Digital, Brand, and Compliance standards
- Monitor alerts in various SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush) to evaluate websites and update accordingly
- Process Compliance issues delivered by Account Team
- Submit support tickets to website platform support teams and monitor communications and updates
- Communicate with third-party providers to ensure best website performance and integrations
- Optimize copy, code, links, URLs, images, and landing pages for search engine optimization
- Perform visual and technical site audits and recommend changes to website structure, content, linking, UX, and other factors to improve site
- Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics
- Stay current on SEO and automotive trends
- Build, code, update, and proof website pages
- All other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications :
- College degree in Marketing or related field is preferred, but this can be substituted with relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Prioritizes attention to detail
- Skilled in collaborative teamwork and working independently
- Exhibits analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with an adaptive mindset
- Committed to continued learning
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Wordpress, HTML, and CSS for SEO purposes
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, Additional Website Platforms, Photoshop, and Search Engine Optimization Tools
- Spanish speaking is highly preferred
