SENIOR STAFFING RECRUITER

Location: Greater Cleveland Pay: $40,000–$65,000 base + Monthly Commission Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM, Friday 8AM–4PM Company: Hire Sync Recruiting

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hire Sync is seeking a Senior Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on full-cycle recruiting for industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional positions. If you have staffing agency experience, strong sourcing skills, and thrive in a high-energy environment — we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring compliant onboarding Manage high-volume and specialized recruiting assignments Utilize job boards such as Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter, including Boolean search strategies Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and community partners Track recruiting activity using our ATS and CRM Support client hiring needs with urgency, professionalism, and consistency

REQUIREMENTS

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a staffing agency setting Proficient in job board platforms, Boolean search, and ATS systems Strong understanding of onboarding compliance and employment processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills Tech-savvy, adaptable, and results-driven
