Position : Senior SAP IM/WM OR MM/WM Lead Consultant ( Local to Dallas Texas is highly preferred) Location : Minneapolis, MN onsite / Dallas TX Onsite Type of Job : Contract : 12 Months Experience : 15 Years If you are submitting Dallas- or Plano based candidate, this will be an onsite role; they need to work from the Plano client’s office and need to come for an in-person interview Candidate should be comfortable working from his own laptop Candidate should be comfortable Configure client email ID before client interview Candidate should be comfortable with multiple rounds of interview Required Skills & Qualifications: 10 12 years hands-on experience in SAP IM and WM modules, with proven expertise in both ECC and S/4HANA. Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations and greenfield/brownfield implementations. In-depth knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and business process mapping. Strong grasp of data migration strategies and SAP Activate methodology. Understanding of cross-module links (MM/SD/PP/FI) and integration techniques. Ability to document functional specifications for developments, enhancements, and interfaces. Problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, or related domain; SAP certification preferred. Preferred/Bonus Skills: Exposure to SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). Familiarity with new S/4HANA Fiori apps for warehouse/inventory management. Experience in multi-country or large enterprise rollouts. Understanding of advanced digital or automated warehouse solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) solutions across implementation, support, and migration projects in ECC and S/4HANA. Conduct workshops, gather business/user requirements, prepare process documentation, and design solutions for inventory and warehouse processes. Configure SAP IM/WM modules: material movements, inventory count, putaway, picking, stock transfer, replenishment, storage types, bins, and warehouse structure. Manage data migration and cutover for ECC to S/4HANA transitions. Perform gap analysis and deliver functional specifications for new developments, enhancements, and integrations. Integrate IM/WM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, FI), ensuring end-to-end solution alignment. Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and handle change requests. Provide post-go-live support, continuous improvement recommendations, and best practices. Mentor junior consultants and conduct end-user/Key User training.
