Job Title: SAP BASIS Consultant
Location - San Leonardo, CA – Onsite

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in SAP system administration, installation, upgrades, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, and other SAP applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration.
Database Knowledge: Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, MSSQL, or DB2.
OS Experience: Windows, Linux, AIX, or Unix.
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of SAP Security, GRC, and audit standards.
Scripting : Proficiency in Shell, Python, or PowerShell scripting is a plus.
Certifications : SAP BASIS or SAP HANA certification is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
