The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered consumer experiences. This is an onsite position based out of Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you’ll collaborate with design, research, product, and engineering teams across various locations to create intuitive and delightful user experiences that integrate AI into people's workflows in a meaningful way. From early research and concepting to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems, you’ll play a hands-on role in crafting seamless, elegant, and useful interactions that make complex AI capabilities accessible and easy to use.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive and engaging AI experiences, from wireframes to polished prototypes that bring designs to life with delightful interactions, ensuring AI feels seamless and accessible.
• Lead user-centered design, transforming insights from user research into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure designs translate effectively into real-world applications.
• Contribute to and refine our design system, ensuring consistency across the product experience.
• Push the boundaries of AI-driven interfaces, creating new patterns for human-AI interaction.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that AI experiences are designed for all users.
• Help shape a design-driven culture by contributing to the design process and fostering a focus on craftsmanship.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio of completed work.
• Expertise in UX, interaction design, and visual design, with robust prototyping skills.
• Experience designing AI-powered or ML-driven products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Protopie, etc.
• A passion for simplifying complexity, especially in AI-driven experiences.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling design story.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments and on world-class consumer products.
• Bonus points for AI experience, conversational UI expertise, and working with international teams.
