Company Overview Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. Position Overview Pantheon Data has a need for a Senior Marine Electronics Engineer to support a major surface acquisition program for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). The selected candidate will work as part of a dynamic cross-functional team to support the design and development of Coast Guard ships and boats. Responsibilities Conduct design of electric and electronic systems, study power and distribution, centralized machinery monitoring and control. Apply knowledge of and experience with engineering principles and techniques to develop and evaluate moderately complex technical reports related to the application of C5I systems onboard USCG ships. Review and evaluate the effect of new and/or modified electronics on overall system performance. Review and adjudicate system design specifications, test requirements, Departures from Specification (DFS's), Request for Waiver (RFW), Engineering Changes (EC's). Knowledge of USN, USCG, ABS, and/or commercial ship design rules and regulations. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years of documented experience integrating C5I systems in one of the following categories:

• Cybersecurity
• Command and Control
• Navigation
• Networking
• Internal Communications
• External Communications
• Sensors
• Combat Systems
• Intelligence Systems

Meets Required DoD IAT Level II Baseline Certification Requirements. Skills and Experience Previous experience with shipboard and defense C5I systems. Education Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in a Technical, Engineering, or Marine field. Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Work Location : Hybrid - two (2) days a week at USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.) Compensation The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
