Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our well-established and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating impressive interior designs that will enhance the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of our hospitality clients. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about using their creativity and technical skills to develop innovative design solutions. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative and innovative interior design concepts that meet client requirements and align with engineering and architectural standards.
  2. Prepare comprehensive construction documents including floor plans, interior elevations, casework details, finish drawings, and details.
  3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and align with project objectives.
  4. Review documents during the construction admin phase to ensure designs are executed according to plan.
  5. Use Revit and other design software to create 3D models and visualizations.
  6. Present design concepts and ideas to clients, stakeholders, and team members in a clear and compelling way.
  7. Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in interior design and architecture.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the interior design field, preferably within hospitality projects.
  3. Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interior design projects.
  5. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  6. Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes.
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  8. Professional certification in Interior Design is a plus.
