What will I be doing?

1. Build and refine core SaaS and generative AI features through collaborative coding and code reviews.
2. Partner with product and design teams to plan, develop, and implement features.
3. Sharpen technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
4. Contribute to discussions on backend/frontend best practices and team culture.

What skills do I need?

1. Passion for startups and a desire to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
2. 5+ years of experience building high-quality, production-ready software.
3. Good understanding of distributed systems and REST API design principles.
4. Strong expertise in relational databases.
5. Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
6. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.

This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

$180 - $200 a year

Compensation

WorkRamp is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills. The salary range for this role is $180,000-$200,000 annually. Employees at WorkRamp may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus, commission, and stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee perks, and others. The full comp package designated for this role can be discussed with your Recruiter during the interview process.
