Security Specialist IV – Senior Physical & Industrial Security Team Lead 7500 GEOINT Dr, Springfield, VA 22150, USA Location: Washington, DC (CONUS/OCONUS travel up to 25%) Overtime Exempt: Yes Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Active Top Secret Duties & Responsibilities: The Senior Physical and Industrial Security Specialist IV shall be the Functional Lead (one Skill Level 4) responsible for overseeing the roles of all Industrial, Physical, and Access Control (Security Management System) positions within SISI. Responsible for overseeing the roles within the industrial and physical security positions assigned. Team Leads will coordinate/collaborate with the Branch Chiefs whom they support. Manage the administrative and technical requirements necessary to efficiently support mission requirements and the personnel performing the duties. Ensure individuals and teams provide timely security support and effort to the Industrial and Physical Security Division's internal and external taskings, projects, and programs, including Physical, Industrial, and Access Control (Security Management System and Department of Defense Common Access Card). Provide timely security support and effort to government personnel when acting on behalf of the Chief, Industrial and Physical Security Division. Keep the Functional Lead abreast of any issues and/or challenges which may impact SISI mission requirements. Communicate issues and/or challenges to C/SISI or acting government designee. May require CONUS/OCONUS travel up to 25%. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Required: Technical knowledge to support functions of a physical or industrial security program. Experience in generating security metrics/reports. Experience in working in the physical security or industrial security field. Experienced in task monitoring. Possess the GSA-Authorized Safe and Vault Technician and Inspector Training Certification Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC). Physical Security Certification (PSC). ASIS Certification (any). Minimum/General Experience & Education: High School Diploma. Five years of Physical and Industrial Security experience.
